How we turn your customer base into a growth system

Most companies look at their customers in a fragmented way. They analyze sales, frequency or average ticket in isolation.

Portfolio value does not lie in a single metric.

It lies in the intelligent combination of: economic value, behavior and the actual moment of the relationship.

SEGMENTATION BY VALUE
AND LIFECYCLE.

We organize your entire customer base under an economic management model that prioritizes actions based on the real value and potential of each relationship.

From the transaction to
value management.

Customer Value Management (CVM) is not a dashboard or an isolated metric. It is a management discipline that turns the data your company already has into clear decisions about where to focus commercial effort. It does not replace your CRM or your marketing tools — it gives them direction.

The foundation: the data you already have

We don't start with new technology. We start with the transaction record your company already generates — who bought, when and how much. On that basis we calculate the value of each customer, combining their history (penalized by the time elapsed since the last purchase) with their projected value (adjusted by the actual probability that they keep buying). That single metric feeds the RADAR segmentation you just saw: high-value customers at the top, at-risk customers one step below, and so on.

From segmentation to management

The RADAR pyramid is not just a static classification. Each customer moves between levels according to how their value evolves over time. A customer who was top twelve months ago and has not bought again automatically drops a level. A new customer showing signs of repeat purchasing moves up. That mobility is what turns RADAR into a management system: at any moment it shows where the value is, where it is moving, and which segments need attention before the problem reaches revenue.

From diagnostic to action

On top of the segmentation, Radar produces a 5-lens diagnostic that translates the portfolio structure into concrete decisions: which value is protected, which value is at risk, where there is uncaptured potential, which structural weaknesses limit growth and what the management priorities are. From the diagnostic, the Planning phase turns those priorities into explicit value objectives — not aggregate targets, but direction segment by segment. And Targeting closes the cycle: each customer receives context (value, trajectory, role in the portfolio), ready for commercial teams to execute with focus in the tools they already use.

Activation

You don't need a
data team.

Unlike large corporations, SMEs need immediate clarity. Our focus is to give you the tools to compete in the major leagues without the technical friction.

No integrations or APIs

Radar works with the transaction data your company already has — a simple file with customer, date and amount. No installations, no connectors, no IT projects.

Direction, not software

Radar is not one more tool to add to your stack. It is a decision system that tells you where to focus, so your team executes with the tools it already uses.
