Welcome to Radar Insights. By accessing or using our website and the associated analysis services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing or using our services.

1. Nature of the Services

Radar Insights provides analytical intelligence services, customer portfolio segmentation, and commercial diagnostics based on the data provided by the client. Radar Insights delivers strategic and analytical assessments (deliverables) to facilitate business decision-making. We do not run marketing campaigns or make direct decisions on behalf of the company.

2. Client Responsibilities

To apply our methodology, the client must provide historical sales or billing data.

• It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure it has the legal rights to share such information.
• The client undertakes to remove sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) (e.g., credit card information) before transferring databases to Radar Insights.

3. Intellectual Property

The segmentation model, analysis algorithms, structured methodologies, manuals (Action Playbooks) and all visual elements on this site are the exclusive property of Radar Insights. The client is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the deliverables (diagnostics) exclusively internally within its organization or business.

4. Limitation of Liability

The strategic recommendations provided by Radar Insights are based on an objective analysis of the information delivered by the client. However, Radar is not directly responsible for variations in revenue, profitability, losses or specific market actions resulting from the commercial execution the client carries out as a result of the analysis.

5. Use of the "Free Analysis" Service

The free initial assessment service is provided "as is", with no extended binding commitments. Radar reserves the right to accept or decline the free analysis depending on the volume, format of the data provided or the viability of the company profile (SME).

6. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant change will be notified on this page. Continuing to use our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
